4.  Should we do both internal and external glass cleaning during the same service?
It is highly recommended that both are completed during the same service. The final quality of the shine and lower visibility through the glass will be noticeably different if only one side of the pane is cleaned. 
5.  What if my freshly cleaned windows get rained on?
​While we naturally assume the dirt on our windows is from debris within the water during a rainfall, this is not actually the case. The contaminants we find that have settled onto our clean glass is from the environment around it. Thus if it rains shortly after our service, your windows will remain clean and spotless. 
​6.  Do I need to be present during the service?
We only require you to be on the premises during the initial visit and tour of the residence or commercial space. Along with the time needed to spend doing your interior windows for liability reasons. Otherwise, the choice is yours for all external services, we will gladly leave a paper copy of invoice followed by an emailed copy at the time of completed work.
